Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Appointments     •    Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.     •    A consultation fee (if applicable) must be paid at the time of booking unless waived in writing.     •    You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. 2. Cancellations     •    You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.     •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of any consultation and or deposit fee.     •    No-shows will be treated as last-minute cancellations. 3. Rescheduling     •    You may reschedule your appointment once, provided it is done at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.     •    Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same fees. 4. Late Arrivals     •    Please arrive on time. Appointments will end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients.     •    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee. 5. Firm Cancellations     •    On rare occasions, we may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly, and any fees paid will be fully refunded or applied to a future booking. 6. Acknowledgment By booking an appointment with [Your Business Name], you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
